Training Tower Description:

The Hasbro designed Action Man Training Tower with escape slide and crane ran for a few years and is the largest of the Action Man accessories. It was produced by Palitoy for the UK marker using the Hasbro tools. The Field Training Exercise figure was an ideal figure to accessories the enormous tower. It first appears in the 1976 Action Man Equipment Manual and runs until 1979/80. The self-assembly Training Tower set came with escape slide (or 'zip-line') rope ladder, crane, climbing net and aerial The GI Joe Adventure Team version was named the 'Training Centre' and came with more in terms of accessories and a play mat.

Notes:

There are many components to this set, and any number of can be mislaid. The ladders can come apart and the aerial is missing very often.
