The uniform on the guy second left is vintage geyperman which I decarded, is this the same as the Beachhead Assault ?. The uniform came on a plain yellow card , no information except the geyperman tag in the jacket. There is a ammo box and silver water bottle.

Sorry just found it on geyperman site. I think it say's American soldier.

I love a repost opportunity. the 40th Camo uniform and backpack (with added extras from me) this is before I added the reserve chute pack.

Very nice pics Capn, I like that uniform - ok I give in!! - Ive ordered that CAMO UNIFORM SET from the loft £12 not bad, along with a load of other stuff more hands, 4 combat soldier tents, red devil, belts etc etc...

I thought Id already made my last order last week, and there`s still loads more stuff Id like dog sled, river craft, etc

What the eck are we going to do after the 20th? its going to get harder and more expensive to pick up those missing bits I think

You just have to love the USMC sets/bashes. If you're not a purist then you can use these lighter tone TC or Master Piece Joe fatigues........

Or the 40th Joe Marine fatigues [they came with & without pockets...........

Of note is the fact that the 40th Joe rain cape seems pretty dark in tone............

Cotswolds & 40th Joe camo helmets seem pretty identical to me. As a stop gap I've used CC Joe & regular VAM helmets as you can see.

It is an accurate repo though. In the original GI Joe range there were two variations on the camo cape, this one and a lighter one, neither of which were an exact match shade-wise for the camo fatigues.

Thanks for that, good to know. It makes me happier with the 40th knowing that.
