Default KAR 98 Repair

Repaired a KAR 98 tonight - repair on top - 40th repro on bottom

Used this to mould the muzzle of the gun http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....e=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Took a bit of work but I think it looks OK and could be improved on

Beats paying £10 for a 40th replacement

Great job there Andy....

How easy was the mouldable plastic stuff to use?

Do you really think it's safe to use 'Polymorph'?

It can have disastrous effects

It's not too bad but the key is to get it very pliable - I can see it being very useful for bigger pieces . I would get some as it's well worth messing about with
